Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and observant Sports Scout to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a passion for sports, with the ability to identify promising athletes who align with our company's sports initiatives. This role involves extensive travel and networking within the sports community across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential athletes across various sports disciplines.
- Attend local, regional, and national sporting events to scout talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with coaches, sports agents, and other key figures in the sports industry.
- Prepare detailed reports on scouted athletes, including their strengths, weaknesses, and potential.
- Collaborate with the sports management team to discuss potential recruitments.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the sports landscape.
- Organize and conduct tryouts and assessments for prospective athletes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant sports regulations and company policies.
