Sports Scout - Events / Live Entertainment (3-5 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a passionate and observant Sports Scout to join our dynamic Events and Live Entertainment team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of various sports, with a proven ability to identify promising athletes and teams for potential event collaborations and scouting opportunities. This role is crucial in identifying and onboarding new talent that can be showcased at our live events and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend local and regional sporting events to identify emerging talent and promising teams.

Evaluate player skills, potential, and marketability in alignment with event objectives.

Maintain a database of identified talent, including performance metrics and contact information.

Liaise with sports federations, clubs, and coaches to gather information and build relationships.

Provide detailed reports on scouted talent, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and potential fit for events.

Stay updated on sports trends, rule changes, and emerging leagues within the Indian context.

Assist in organizing and executing scouting events or trials.
