Sports Scout (Full-Time) | Mumbai

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sports Scout with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and understanding of sports dynamics to identify and assess potential talent, partnerships, and strategic opportunities that align with our company's objectives, particularly in the realm of employee engagement and corporate wellness initiatives within the facility management sector. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market research, and strong communication skills to contribute to our innovative approach to enhancing the workplace experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging sports trends, potential talent pools, and strategic partnership opportunities within the sports and corporate wellness landscape in India.

Evaluate the potential impact of identified opportunities on employee engagement, client satisfaction, and overall brand perception within facility management services.

Develop scouting frameworks and assessment criteria, applying analytical skills to evaluate talent, performance, and suitability for various company-sponsored sports events or wellness programs.

Build and maintain relationships with sports organizations, academies, agents, and potential partners to facilitate scouting and collaboration.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on scouting findings, recommendations, and potential ROI, utilizing MBA/PGDM-level strategic thinking and data analysis.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Marketing, and Operations teams, to align scouting initiatives with business goals.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in sports management, talent scouting, and corporate wellness programs relevant to the Indian market.
