We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Staff and Management professional to oversee and develop sports initiatives within our organization in Pune. This role requires a strategic thinker with a Master's degree and 6 years of experience, adept at managing diverse sports programs and fostering a culture of athletic excellence and employee well-being. You will be instrumental in planning, organizing, and executing sports events and activities that align with company values and employee engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sports programs and events for employees, catering to various interests and skill levels.
- Manage budgets for sports activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for event logistics, including venue booking, equipment, and staffing.
- Promote employee participation in sports and wellness activities through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Oversee the selection, training, and management of sports teams representing the company.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sports regulations.
- Evaluate the success of sports programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster relationships with local sports associations and clubs to enhance opportunities for employees.
