Sports Staff and Management - Other at Corporate

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sports Staff and Management professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our corporate team in Pune. The ideal candidate will support the planning, execution, and management of various sports and recreational activities for our employees, fostering a healthy and engaging work environment. This role requires a Bachelor of Science degree and a passion for sports and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the organization and coordination of inter-departmental sports events, tournaments, and recreational activities.

Manage sports equipment, inventory, and facility bookings.

Support the development and implementation of employee wellness programs with a focus on sports and fitness.

Liaise with external vendors and sports clubs for event arrangements and partnerships.

Maintain records of participation, event outcomes, and budgets.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all sports activities.

Assist in communication and promotion of sports events to employees.
