Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Spot Boy to join our growing team at LegalWiz.in. The Spot Boy will be responsible for assisting with various operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment, and supporting our legal professionals. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the delivery and collection of documents to and from clients, couriers, and government offices.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
• Handling basic office errands such as stationery procurement, mail sorting, and distribution.
• Providing support to administrative staff and legal teams as needed.
• Assisting with setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments.
• Ensuring office equipment is maintained and reporting any issues.
