Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spot Boy to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth logistical operations and efficient functioning of our design studio. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM expertise to manage resources, streamline processes, and contribute to project support from an administrative and operational standpoint. This position is suited for individuals with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the delivery, storage, and distribution of design materials, samples, and equipment.
- Assist in tracking project-related expenses and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary items.
- Support the design and project management teams with administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and presentation preparation.
- Implement and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct market research for potential suppliers and cost-effective solutions, utilizing MBA/PGDM analytical skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in all operational activities.
- Assist in organizing site visits and client meetings, including logistical arrangements.
- Proactively identify and address any operational bottlenecks or challenges.
