Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a dedicated and diligent Spot Boy with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma in a relevant field. The Spot Boy will be responsible for providing essential support in various operational and logistical tasks within the Defence & Aerospace manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong understanding of workplace safety, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the movement and organization of materials, tools, and equipment within the facility.
- Support technicians and engineers in setting up workstations and preparing areas for specific tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment as instructed.
- Assist in inventory management by identifying, counting, and organizing parts and supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Document activities and report progress as required.
