Spot Boy - MBA/PGDM Professionals (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Spot Boy with 2-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various operational aspects within the power plant environment, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational tasks.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned duties.

Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, and assist in procurement processes.

Support site management in logistical arrangements and resource deployment.

Prepare reports on operational activities and performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Facilitate communication between field teams and management.
