Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Sr. Consultant will play a crucial role in advising and guiding our clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector on best practices, technology adoption, and process optimization within their R&D functions. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's R&D processes, systems, and data management strategies.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations, roadmaps, and implementation plans to clients.
- Provide expert guidance on scientific informatics solutions, LIMS, ELN, SDMS, and data analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, R&D scientists, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the life sciences sector.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
