Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Consultant to join our dynamic team within the Petrochemical division. The ideal candidate will provide strategic insights and operational expertise to drive growth and efficiency in our polymer and specialty chemicals business. This role requires a deep understanding of the petrochemical value chain, market dynamics, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance market share and profitability in the petrochemical segment.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Advise on product development, process optimization, and supply chain management for polymers and related products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and sales, to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the consulting practice.
