Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Management professional to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of our workforce across various departments within our Indian operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR best practices within the Indian context.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet the organization's current and future workforce needs.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a strong talent pool for critical roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide expert advice.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures related to staffing.
Utilize HRIS and other recruitment tools effectively.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
