Staffing Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Staffing Manager to oversee and optimize our internal staffing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle, talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring the efficient allocation of human resources across various departments within our legal firm. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive staffing strategies aligned with the firm's business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and forecast future talent requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, industry events, and proactive sourcing.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the firm.
• Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing partners.
• Track and analyze key staffing metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to staffing.
