Staffing Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Staffing Manager to oversee all aspects of talent acquisition and workforce planning for our rapidly growing EdTech platform. This role will be instrumental in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to support our mission of democratizing education in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive staffing strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Monitor and analyze key staffing metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and other staffing partners.
- Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting to anticipate future talent needs.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
