We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stage Manager to join our dynamic team at EduBrite in Pune. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent B.Sc graduate eager to contribute to the smooth execution of our online learning programs and events. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our digital stage is set for success, supporting both our content creators and our learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of live online sessions, webinars, and virtual events.
Manage technical aspects of virtual platforms, ensuring smooth audio, video, and screen sharing.
Provide real-time support to presenters and participants during live sessions.
Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during events.
Coordinate with content teams to ensure all materials are ready and accessible for sessions.
Monitor participant engagement and assist with Q&A moderation.
Prepare post-event reports on session performance and participant feedback.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, acting as a first point of contact for technical queries.
