Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stage Manager with 0-2 years of experience, holding a Master of Design (M.Des) degree, to join our team in Lucknow. The Stage Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of events, presentations, and demonstrations within the Defence & Aerospace sector. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless and impactful events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the conceptualization and planning of event layouts, technical requirements, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, logistics) and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage stage setup, equipment checks, and technical rehearsals for presentations, product launches, and client demonstrations.
- Oversee the logistics of event materials, including prototypes, models, and presentation aids.
- Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Document event processes, outcomes, and feedback for future improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during all event activities.
- Support the creation of visual aids and presentation materials that align with design principles.
