Stage Manager (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Stage Manager with 1-2 years of experience and any postgraduate degree to join our team in Delhi. The Stage Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of production activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of projects within the Iron & Steel industry. This role requires meticulous planning, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage production schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Liaise with various departments and stakeholders to facilitate project flow.
- Oversee the setup and execution of events, presentations, and internal meetings.
- Manage logistics, including resource allocation, equipment, and personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise during production.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of new production strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
