Stage Manager (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stage Manager with 2-4 years of experience, ideally holding an M.Pharma degree, to join our growing team in Pune. The Stage Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational aspects within our industrial equipment manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards. This role requires a unique blend of organizational acumen and a scientific background to manage complex production stages effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of specific production stages, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments, including production, quality control, and R&D, to ensure seamless integration of processes.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for process improvement, leveraging an M.Pharma background for understanding of material science and chemical processes involved.
- Manage inventory and material flow within designated production stages, ensuring availability of necessary components.
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on production status, performance metrics, and any deviations from planned schedules.
