Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Stage Manager to oversee and coordinate all technical and logistical aspects of live events, product launches, and demonstrations for our electrical equipment showcases. The Stage Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations on stage, managing crew, and coordinating with various departments to deliver impactful presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical aspects of stage productions, including lighting, sound, AV equipment, and stage setup for product launches, exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Coordinate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to understand event requirements and ensure all technical elements align with brand messaging and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, cue sheets, and run sheets for all events.
• Supervise and direct stage crew, technicians, and volunteers during rehearsals and live performances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during events in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on stage and backstage.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future event improvements.
