Stage Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stage Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of live events, product launches, and promotional activities for Bira 91. The Stage Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution from pre-production to post-event wrap-up, working closely with marketing, production, and brand teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed production schedules and run sheets for all events.
- Coordinate with vendors, artists, and performers to ensure timely arrival and setup.
- Oversee the technical aspects of events, including sound, lighting, and stage setup.
- Manage on-site logistics, including crowd control, security, and catering.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings with the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during live events.
- Ensure adherence to budget and safety regulations.
- Liaise with the marketing team for event branding and promotional materials.
- Manage talent and speaker coordination.
