Stage Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stage Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of events and presentations within our corporate banking environment. The Stage Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of all events, from initial planning through to post-event analysis, maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including town halls, product launches, client meetings, and internal training sessions.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, IT, Facilities, HR) and external vendors to ensure all logistical requirements are met.

Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of event spaces, including A/V equipment, staging, seating, and catering.

Create and manage event schedules, run sheets, and production timelines.

Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise and ensuring a smooth flow.

Liaise with speakers, presenters, and performers to ensure their needs are met and they are well-prepared.

Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports on event success and areas for improvement.

Maintain a database of event vendors and resources.
