Stage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of company events, workshops, and presentations.

Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.

Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all technical requirements are met.

Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Manage event schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.

Assist in the preparation of event materials and documentation.

Maintain inventory of event-related equipment and supplies.
