Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Stage Manager with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The Stage Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of stage production for various company events, presentations, and internal communications, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to design aesthetics and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to translate creative concepts into practical stage setups.
- Manage and coordinate stage logistics, including set construction, lighting, sound, and props, ensuring alignment with B.Des principles.
- Oversee rehearsals and performances, ensuring seamless transitions and timing.
- Develop and maintain detailed stage management plans, schedules, and cue sheets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during production.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on stage.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for stage-related equipment and services.
- Assist in the budgeting and cost control for stage productions.
- Provide creative input on visual elements and overall production design.
