Stage Manager - B.Tech/B.E. Professionals (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stage Manager with a B.Tech/B.E. background and 3-4 years of experience to oversee and coordinate the execution of various production stages and activities within our manufacturing and production facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to safety protocols, contributing to the overall success of production processes. This role is based in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of production stages, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.

Liaise with engineering, production, and quality control teams to ensure seamless workflow and integration of different production segments.

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing proactive solutions.

Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to optimize production output.

Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies throughout the production process.

Monitor production performance against targets and generate regular reports on key metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Implement and manage process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
