Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Stage Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Kolkata. This role will involve managing and optimizing operational stages within our power generation facilities, ensuring seamless execution of complex processes and projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background combined with practical experience in managing intricate systems and driving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the execution of various operational stages within power generation units, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and quality standards.
- Analyze performance data from different operational stages and identify areas for improvement, leveraging advanced analytical techniques.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for optimizing stage workflows and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and operational staff, to ensure smooth project execution and problem-solving.
- Conduct risk assessments for operational stages and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on operational stage performance for senior management.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and best practices in power generation and operational management, applying them to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Manage communication flow between different teams and stakeholders involved in the operational stages.
