Stage Manager - Water Treatment / Waste Management (2-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Stage Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee and coordinate various aspects of project execution and operational flow within our Water Treatment / Waste Management division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial processes and project management principles, leveraging their M.Com background to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. This role is crucial in maintaining seamless project timelines and resource allocation at our Surat facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities related to water treatment and waste management processes.

Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions.

Manage and track project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, ensuring optimal utilization.

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., procurement, finance, engineering) and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations.

Prepare regular progress reports, financial summaries, and performance analyses for management review.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Support the finance team in budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense management for assigned projects.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
