Statistician

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Statistician to join our growing team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to apply statistical principles to real-world business challenges within the BPM sector. You will be instrumental in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various business operations.
- Apply statistical methods and models to analyze data, identify patterns, and forecast trends.
- Develop and implement statistical tests and experiments to validate hypotheses.
- Create clear and concise reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Assist in the development and refinement of data collection and analysis processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business performance.
- Stay updated with the latest statistical techniques and software relevant to the BPM industry.
