Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Steward with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The Steward will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our internal processes, supporting various departments within the insurance domain. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and organization of company records, documents, and materials, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate and support the logistics for internal meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling, venue preparation, and material distribution.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and maintaining stock levels.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, report generation, and communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operational activities.
- Support in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and resources are prepared.
