Steward

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Steward with an M.Tech degree and 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The Steward will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our financial data and operational processes within the FinTech/Payments domain. This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems, data governance, and regulatory compliance, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the reconciliation of financial transactions across various platforms and systems.

Develop and implement robust data validation and quality assurance procedures to maintain data integrity.

Analyze complex financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential risks, and propose corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to resolve data-related issues and improve processes.

Design and maintain documentation for data management processes, policies, and procedures.

Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to support strategic decision-making.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
