Role Summary:
As a Steward, you will be an integral part of our Food & Beverage team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of dining areas and service points. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and supporting the service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of hygiene and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas, including dining rooms, bars, and kitchens.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring proper placement of cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
• Replenish service stations with necessary supplies such as linens, cutlery, and condiments.
• Wash and polish glassware, cutlery, and crockery to maintain impeccable presentation.
• Assist the service staff with food and beverage delivery when required.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Dispose of waste and maintain the cleanliness of service trolleys and equipment.
• Support the team in various F&B operational tasks as needed.
