Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Steward with 3-5 years of experience and a postgraduate degree to join our team in Kolkata. The Steward will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various operational aspects within our semiconductor facility. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of organization, cleanliness, and safety, contributing to the overall productivity and well-being of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the inventory and distribution of supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for day-to-day operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, workstations, and storage facilities, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Assist in the setup and upkeep of meeting rooms and common spaces for events and daily use.
- Implement and monitor waste management and recycling programs.
- Ensure all operational areas comply with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Respond to and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
- Support the administrative team with logistical tasks as required.
- Conduct regular checks to identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
