Steward (Post Graduation Not Required) - Hyderabad

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Steward to join our esteemed team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry and possess a post-graduate education that is not required. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage service areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations, ensuring they meet hotel standards.
- Promptly clear tables of used crockery, cutlery, and glassware during and after service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, service pantries, and dining areas, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
- Replenish service stations with necessary supplies such as linens, silverware, and condiments.
- Support the service staff by delivering food and beverages to tables as required.
- Ensure all service equipment is clean, polished, and stored correctly after use.
- Assist in washing dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils, maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
- Monitor and manage inventory of service supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
