Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items, and ensure timely procurement and restocking.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related services.

Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and visitor management.

Provide support to employees for administrative tasks and inquiries related to facilities.

Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations within the office premises.

Maintain records related to facility management, expenses, and vendor contracts.
