Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Stewards/Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at Pepperfry's retail outlets and experience centers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming environment, and assisting with the presentation and upkeep of our showroom spaces. This role is crucial in enhancing the customer's journey as they explore our furniture and home decor offerings.

1. Greet customers warmly and guide them through the showroom.
2. Offer beverages and light refreshments to customers.
3. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining areas, service stations, and showroom.
4. Assist customers with product inquiries and direct them to sales associates when needed.
