Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Stewards/Waiters/Waitresses to join our team and provide exceptional dining services to our esteemed clients and crew members. The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience, maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure all orders are correct and delivered to the right tables.
- Clear tables after each course and at the end of the meal.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with setting up dining areas for events or special occasions.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and find appropriate solutions.
