We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Steward / Waiter / Waitress with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience within our banking premises. Your B.Sc background will be valued in understanding and communicating complex information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly and escort them to designated areas within the bank.
• Serve refreshments and beverages to clients and staff as required, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Assist clients with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate service personnel or departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of client-facing areas, including reception, waiting lounges, and refreshment stations.
• Manage inventory of refreshments and supplies, and report any shortages to the supervisor.
• Handle client requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and workplace safety.
