Steward / Waiter / Waitress (M.Com Required) - Vadodara

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Steward / Waiter / Waitress with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring a seamless dining experience within our corporate facilities. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages to guests in a polite and efficient manner.

Set up dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and chairs.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.

Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Assist with inventory management and stocktaking of food and beverage supplies.

Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in the dining area and service pantry.

Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Utilize your M.Com knowledge to assist with basic financial record-keeping related to F&B operations, such as tracking expenses and revenue.
