The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our employees and visitors in our company cafeteria and common areas, ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables or designated areas.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and courteously.
- Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with preparation of beverages and light snacks.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Support in maintaining inventory of service supplies.
