Store Designer

Role Summary: VA Tech Wabag is seeking a talented and creative Store Designer to conceptualize and develop innovative retail store designs that align with our brand identity and enhance customer experience. The Store Designer will be responsible for translating business objectives into compelling visual merchandising strategies and functional store layouts that drive sales and brand engagement within our Indian operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative and functional store layouts and visual merchandising plans for retail outlets, ensuring optimal product placement and customer flow.

Create detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to present design ideas to stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand product offerings, target audience, and business goals.

Select appropriate materials, fixtures, lighting, and finishes to create an aesthetically pleasing and brand-consistent environment.

Ensure designs comply with all relevant safety regulations and accessibility standards in India.

Manage design projects from concept to completion, including budget management and vendor coordination.

Stay updated with the latest retail design trends, technologies, and best practices.
