Store Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Store Designer to join our dynamic team at Godrej Properties. The Store Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually appealing and functional retail spaces that align with our brand identity and enhance the customer experience. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of retail design principles within the real estate context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative store design concepts and layouts that optimize space utilization and customer flow.
- Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and material samples.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency.
- Select and source appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Oversee the implementation of store designs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in retail and real estate.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
