Store Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Store Designer to conceptualize and execute visually appealing and functional retail spaces for our various brands and product lines within the petrochemical and plastics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating brand identity into compelling store environments that enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative store design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and target audience.
- Create detailed store layouts, including space planning, fixture selection, and traffic flow optimization.
- Produce 2D and 3D design visualizations, renderings, and technical drawings for presentations and construction.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Source and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that align with design concepts and budget constraints.
- Oversee the implementation of store designs, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovative retail design practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing spaces and monitor construction progress.
