Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative store layout designs that maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics and statistical modeling to forecast inventory needs and optimize stock levels.
- Design and standardize storage solutions for a diverse range of aviation parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper handling and preservation.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to understand specific storage requirements and constraints.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including drawings, schematics, and operational procedures for store layouts.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant aviation safety regulations, quality standards (e.g., DGCA, EASA), and company policies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented designs through performance metrics and propose continuous improvement strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior staff on best practices in store design and inventory management.
