Store Designer Careers in Jaipur (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Store Designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing innovative store layouts and visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This role requires a strong understanding of retail design principles, brand aesthetics, and spatial planning, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute store design concepts, floor plans, and visual merchandising strategies in line with brand guidelines and retail objectives.
- Create compelling in-store displays, signage, and fixture designs that optimize product presentation and customer flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze retail spaces to identify design opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and technical drawings for stakeholder review and approval.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in retail design and visual merchandising.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
