We are seeking a talented and creative Store Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative store layouts and designs that align with our brand identity and enhance the customer experience within our engineering and construction project sites and associated facilities. This role requires a unique blend of design sensibility, project management skills, and a strong understanding of retail or corporate space functionality, particularly within the context of a large-scale engineering and construction environment. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional store layouts and visual merchandising strategies that optimize space utilization and enhance product presentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and project management, to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Create detailed design concepts, including 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, and material specifications, to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Source and select appropriate materials, fixtures, and finishes that align with design aesthetics and project constraints.
• Oversee the installation and execution of store designs, ensuring seamless implementation and adherence to specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in store design and retail environments.
• Analyze customer flow and behavior to optimize store layouts for improved accessibility and engagement.
