The Store Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, ensuring efficient stock rotation, and supporting the smooth operation of the store. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in inventory management within the fast-paced Animation & VFX industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log all incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain the store's inventory in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and manage stock levels.
- Process outgoing inventory requests and ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the store.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs.
- Utilize inventory management software for data entry and retrieval.
- Support in the disposal or return of damaged or obsolete stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
