Store Executive - 2-3 Yrs Experience Role

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and legally-minded Store Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is integral to managing our warehouse inventory, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, and supporting the efficient flow of goods. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of legal frameworks to ensure all operations adhere to company policies and international trade laws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Ensure all goods are handled, stored, and transported in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance of imported and exported goods.
- Review and process all necessary documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Support the legal and compliance department by providing necessary documentation and information related to inventory and shipments.
- Identify and report any potential risks or non-compliance issues related to storage, handling, or transportation of goods.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Stay updated on relevant import/export laws, regulations, and trade agreements that may impact warehouse operations.
