Store Executive

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Store Executive with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 5 years of experience to manage our inventory and supplies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring efficient storage, and supporting the smooth operation of our professional services delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management principles and the ability to leverage technology for efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our ERP system.
- Oversee the receiving, unpacking, and stocking of all incoming goods.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce proper storage procedures to ensure the safety and integrity of inventory.
- Manage the issuance of materials and tools to various departments, ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder items before they fall below minimum thresholds.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock movement, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations within the storage area.
