Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage and maintain inventory within our Mangalore facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our medical supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Des background to contribute to efficient visual merchandising and organization of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain stockroom and store floor areas, ensuring items are easily accessible and properly stored.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies for medical supplies and equipment to optimize display and accessibility, drawing on B.Des principles.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed, coordinating with procurement teams.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist in managing the return of damaged or incorrect items.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the store and stockroom.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies as required.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to understand their supply needs.
