Store Executive role in Power

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for a candidate with a B.Des degree looking to apply their analytical and organizational skills within the dynamic power industry. You will be responsible for the efficient management of store inventory, ensuring accuracy, and supporting operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels of materials and equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring they match purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain the store layout for easy access and efficient retrieval.
- Issue materials and tools to various departments as per requisitions.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, stock movements, and potential shortages.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss of items.
- Collaborate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of required items.
- Implement visual management techniques in the store, leveraging design principles for clarity and efficiency.
