Store Keeper / Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper / Manager to oversee the inventory and supply chain operations for our analytics and research facilities. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations by maintaining accurate stock levels and managing the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
2. Implement and manage inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
3. Receive, unpack, and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
4. Organize and maintain the store room for efficient access and safety.
5. Manage the procurement of supplies and equipment, including vendor negotiation and relationship management.
6. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
8. Prepare inventory reports for management.
